Drank over 2 nights. Clear light yellow color. Flint, mineral, petrol and lemon on nose. Similar flavor profile on palate. Full body, medium+ acidity, low tannins and touch of residual sugar with a long finish. Really enjoyed. 91+/-

A core of white peach and apple compote, this retains some sweetness but has a wonderfully racy line of acid to keep everything in line. Aromatic, refreshing, and very moreish.

Reasonably hearty, with enough hint of sugar to survive the slight spiciness of the sausage from my dish.
