Bought for vinegar production, but I had a sip. Nose of alcohol and oak. Out of balance: lots of alcohol and very little acidity, I cannot perceive any sweetness. Low on tannin. Aromas of dark berries, licorice, a bit of oak, concentrated. Out of balance, but decent enough for the price.
