(PEACHY CANYON OLD SCHOOL HOUSE ZINFANDEL) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-custard pie candy; Skittles w/ Eclairs around them; a little soapy; TASTE-a little Hot (15.3%); ooh, this is a transition wine!!; hitting on all cylinders; impressed how the orange peel & raspberry flavors co-exist on the finish w/ a beautiful hint of subtle chocolate/coffee action; and then to a long, very mouthful heated up raspberry jam finish; a definite Winner!! This wine is Bringin' the Thunder; RP-90; GV-91+

Good clovey nose and start. Finishes a little astringnetly. Good with spicy food.
Two days later (closed bottle), it's just a bunch of alcohol. Unfortunate.

Viscous, ample, dark, fruity, resourceful, and complex. A little rough transition from mid to end almost takes away the 90 points.
