  Pouilly Fuissé without oak (seemingly), interesting. In stead of the butteriness often found in these wines, this is quite fresh. I find pears, some orange peel and flowers on the palate. Slightly bitter end. Medium length. Medium acid. A good wine at 20 eur maximum, the 26 I paid at la Part des Anges in Nice I find to be a bit steep.
