Overwhelmingly fresh, pure, juicy red fruit. Elegant. But maybe too progressive (low sulfur?) for me, the acidity is a bit coarse and harsh. Also at day 3 there's already some off aromas and flavors. 87-89

Dark red. This is interesting. Very aromatic, floral lavendar aromas, cigar box, sour cherry. On the palate savory and tangy, tart plum, cured meat. Great with food. Lovely wine, unusual native Galician grape varieties (Caiño, Brancellao, Souson, and Ferrol), love it.

grapey, reduced, this needs a ton of air. it's got the natural wine vibe. nice overall balance. checking on tomorrow on this one, but i have a feeling this is going to be good. This mellowed out quite a bit. lost its grapey quality. kind of reminds me a very floral northern rhone. Smooth and full of lavender goodness. acidity keeps the medium body and singular type flavors balanced. kind of a cool wine a great qpr.

Caino, Brancellao, Souson and Ferrol. Part used French and part stainless. sappy red berry fruit aromas. just a touch of pepperiness to the palate, mitigated by the purity of fruit.

Excellent. Red cherry and strawberry, gravel and lovely minerality, very complex. Love this wine.
