  A big wine which got more refined over a four hour period. Still too young as it is under screwcap. Upon opening, it was simply big! Big on everything but after 3 hours, it settled down to lose some of the up front notes to be a refine, elegant and floral Shiraz. You can drink now to 2040. Just make sure you decant it for at least 3 hours before consumption if you are going to consume it soon.
