Possibly the greatest owners ever. Was so fun to pull this bottle and immediately be transported back that inappropriate Bevan/Marston meeting at the Italian restaurant so many years ago. Wine still has plenty to great structure and stuffing to go the distance. Wish I had more to check in again at 5 & 10 years. Was a treat to open this and drink in history. More of an old School Napa wine - would love to visit again and see what they are up to. Great stuff!
Day 1 better than day 2 at this point. On day 1, still a lively mountain cab with a beautiful nose and grippy tannins. This has a solid life left in it and bit of a surprise for a 12. Don’t put this down forever but no need to rush it either

Great effort by the Marstons! While this bottle is very young it was showing where it was heading. Strong volcanic earth, cigar and layers of black fruit. will be very good in 5 years.

Had after a nice glass of Sandhi. Deep garnet color, dark red fruit. Some hints of vanilla bean. Nice finish.
