  Amazing quality cabernet for less than $12. Classy and balanced aromas of old polished wood, currant and mint have a chalky minerality, which when combined, suggest a wine of much greater value. The palate is medium-bodied with a core of nicely concentrated blackcurrant fruit, complemented by mint, dusty earth and graphite. The oak is well-integrated, giving the wine a certain roundness, and becomes more apparent on the finish with subtle flavors of coconut.
