  Pop and aerated. Drank over 1.5 hrs. Initially, still very tight and tannic. Opened some after 30-45 mins to reveal cassis and an earthiness. Fruit still hanging in but the wine still needs 3-5 yrs if this is representative. I liked it, but unfortunately didn't eat the right food with it (needed beef). VN and well made wine. only 84 cases made.

  Wonderful full body wine that decantered for 1 hour prior to consuming. Great flavor with taste of blackberry.

  Very impresive. Popped and poured. Closed initially but started to really sow after 10 minutes in the glass and just kept getting better. Nose of currant, and blackberry, cedar and spice. Silky smooth tanin and a bit of milk chocolate and tobacco at the mid palate. Easy to drink by itself, but we served this with spicy red sauce over angel hair, and Tony's chicken parm. We drank this over 3 hours and were impressed until the very last drop. Would definately buy again.
