Aromas of wildflowers, vanilla, anise, red currant and black olive. Full bodied with very mild/rounded tannins. Long finish. This was properly stored and is near, or slightly past, peak drinking. Drink now.

In a nice spot now. Classically styled, like most Swan wines. Very light on its feet for a cab. No rush on these either, if you rather hold. I'll wait a bit on my next bottle.

12.3% alcohol. Beautiful wine. Very tight. Double decanted three hours before serving. Served blind. Group No. 3 of the night, ahead of 2012 Monte Bello and 2012 Spottswoode. A great showing. Cool, restrained, full of fruit and deft on its feet. Very structured on the back end. It took time to unwind, but it really got going about five hours after opening. Decanted 2 hours. This is youthful Pinot noir. Red fruit, strawberry jammy, herbal notes, finishes with burnt oak notes. It’s really fruity. A-

This is funky. Menthol, cranberry, sour cherry tartness. A bit all over the place.
