  This wine was a revelation. Here, you can picture in your mind's eye the individual blueberries, gooseberries and grapes that you might imagine were never crushed and have instead been delivered to you in the bottle, such is the freshness and pure delicacy of this white wine.
  
  I don't know the technical details, but I would supposea few grams of residual sugar here, putting this wine in the league of the much-championed 70's style German kabinetts that we still esteem today. Well, I believe this style is now much better done in Marlborough with Sauvignon blanc. This is the future.
