  Light red and tinge of brick orange around the rim. Well formed legs that hold together Crisp effervescence and red fruit aroma. There are also hints of raw salmon and ground beef. On the palate it is fresh and medium bodied. There is good balance with the acidity and tannin. The wine finishes dry and leaves a lasting aftertaste. This wine could still mature and I'll hold the rest for another 6 months to a year and taste again.
