  Fully mature nose of honey, heather, beeswax, elderberry flowers, lemonrind and just a hint of blue cheese. On the palate quite lively with still some spring to its step. Medium acidity, more honey, lemoncurd and biscotti combined with some iron and crushed stone. Good length too. So great to have an old, white burg in this good shape. Gives one hope!
