This bottle was decanted and opened up nicely over the course of a meal. Mrs. Redteeth commented that she found this very good. I found it medium bodied with good, rich Bordeaux style flavors once it opened up. DuBrul Vineyard consistently creates a very nice wine. This bottle was 10 years old and while showing signs of maturity still demonstrated plenty of good fruit.
