The palate has a cola and vanilla sense to the flavours, spicy and prickly, with quite high alcohol giving it a heated aura. A GSM seems a weird combination from a cool-climate, I must say. It’s no more than medium-bodied, and just a little hollow on the palate too; but as a budget-priced (~$15) quaffer it’s a tough critic who complains.
