  Tasted blind - first guess sadly Tempranillo
  The initial nose was characterised by raisins, apricots and caramel.
  Then it became more complex
  All the fruits of the Forrest but the apricot still lingers.
  
  The initial pallet was hot, complex and mirrored the nose . With generous length and a lingering finish.
  
  An exceptional 9 year old pinot drinking at its prime.
