  Delicious, fruit-forward wine for immediate drinking; very dark color, nose of dark red and black fruits, minerals; medium mouth feel; nice acid levels; hint of residual sugar; very easy tannins; short and sappy finish. This stood up very well to the rich food at La Poule d'Or of Michel Trama. Great QPR; with more wins like this people will start talking about, and drinking, Cahors again.
