An intense and grassy White Bordeaux blend that offers a tremendous amount of flavor and depth. Light yellow in color, full in body, nose of wet grass and vanilla. Cool tastes of lemon-grass, grapefruit, and toast, with a firm, if somewhat oily, backbone of minerality and acidity. 15.5% alcohol. Blend of 70% SB, 30% Semillon. Reminded me of a Bevan Dry Stack - layered and powerful, though perhaps a bit too much. Very enjoyable, in a hedonistic kind of way. Better on second day.
