  This bottle is part of the quarterly wine club shipment. No bricking yet and almost opaque at the cranberry core. The nose is cola, candy apple, and a light vanilla. A lighter body than Ampelos’ Rho bottling. Fairly one dimensional with candy apple on the attack, cola in the middle and vanilla on the finish. Not a complex wine and even a bit linear. Gritty sediment. 14.1% alc. With bone-in, stuffed pork chop. Recommended.
