Dank dark plum red. No hint of brown. Hints of vanilla, earthiness, moss and pepper (though restrained) meet the proboscis. Little fruit left, all fine tanins and white pepper. Goes well with fatty meats such as pork belly and crackling. Stable and not likely to improve.
