  • Form one of the oldest vineyards in the Canberra region, the wine has a glowing dark crimson rim. Cool climate spice is evident on the nose and an attractive funky character is evident as well. The wine tastes fairly mature and is a bigger expression of Canberra district shiraz than is seen in most other wines from the district. The tannin and acid combine with the rich plummy shiraz to complete a very satisfying wine that will accompany lamb shanks admirably.
