Medium yellow. Medium intensity nose, complex with just hints of oak really. The same applies in the mouth. Layers of complexity, surprisingly fresh and lively for a 5y old white wine due to the high acidity. Literally no oak influence in the mid palate; you just get it towards the end but still its very light and you dont really get any nuttiness. The wine get a 8-10 month oak treatment in new french barriques and its a blend of Athiri (25%) and assyrtiko (75%). Quite good; it has at least 2-3 years ahead.
