  This has been open 3 days. Has evolved nicely in that time. Totally the house style you'd expect from SH. Medium ruby, nowhere near opaque. Good dose of red fruits in the nose, trending even to watermelon and flowers. Lean (some might even say a bit green) in the mouth, still with good flavor. Long finish. Like all SH wines, the wine grows on you as you consume it. You find yourself lingering over sips and loving the fact that your palate is never overwhelmed, allowing you to pick up nuances you never would otherwise. This should be fab in 10 years but drinkable now with air. 4-11-16-9: 90/100
