Been about 6 months since I last tried this blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah (aged six months in concrete) and it's gotten even better.
Toss out all my old comments on bubble gum and rye, it's actually a vivid, complex bouquet of figs, cherries, incense and eucalyptus that, taken together, calls those things to mind. Just as showy on the palate as the nose, with figs, cherries, then game and blueberries deep into the finish. Round, opulent and balanced, this is one solid QPR wine.

Forgot these had synthetic corks, was bricked and dead. Way past drinking age.

Nicely aged, soft round tannins, notes of strawberries, and plums.

Definitely on the downside, drink this all up if you haven't. Still very enjoyable
