Medium dense colour. Sweet blackberry, mulberry, white pepper. Fine strong tannin, medium body, short finish. Can be a bit grippy but chocolaty smooth.

To my palate this is exactly what an 85 point wine tastes like. By no means flawed, but also fairly lifeless and maybe highly filtered. The color is dark magenta. The nose is alcohol and prunes. Just doesn't quite hit it on the entry. Not a bad wine but just not turning me on. With sone air and swirling we get some minor, interesting menthol, eucalyptus and cough drop. Moderate finish.

Tried at Australian Winter Trade Tasting, then brought partial bottle home. Tried again for the next four days or so. Screw cap. Didn't really change over time.
Dark ruby color. Kind of a thick feel on the palate. Prunes and fig flavors. Okay wine, wouldn't buy it for myself, though others might like it. WIneSearcher quotes $7.99, at that price it's a decent wine, just not my style.
