  Delicious wine. Initially blackberry fruit, mineral and tar on the finish. Great QPR for $15 with free shipping. We had this with grilled lamb and stuffing. Was just an ok pairing. Wish We had gotten the 6 bottles we ordered, instead of just 1.

This bottle showed boatloads of the latter, and almost none of the former. Tannins were fairly pronounced, particularly after a few hours of being open. For my taste, the more balance of fruit and mineral it showed a year and a half or so ago was infinitely more interesting than this bottle. It has not yet developed a lot of bottle boquet, or complex, mature bordeaux flavors. Try again in a couple years.
