  Wednesday, July 13, 2005 Chambourchin, Cab. Franc and some other stuff. Fruit driven without a lot to really think about. But nicely balanced, nonetheless. Good, fun wine. 13% alc. Don’t recall the pairing, possibly with bread and cheese. Sometime between 7/21 and 7/28.
