Fruit forward quaffer. Needs one hour to air out a bit of a spritz and you could serve it as a Ripasso. So the theory, practically it is still a low cost appassimento style shiraz which I would not hesitate to bring as a gift to someone who likes to try something different and has not a well developed palate.
