  The color purple with lilac reflections, clear and transparent. In the fragrance spicy and typical of the Syrah, some violets, lots of spice and wood. The taste is dry, slightly tart by tannins and fruit acid. The flavors come through clearly and minerally, very typical of the variety and with lighter sustainability. In the body more easily, with beautiful expression and substance. Overall, a clean and clear wine with light meal, structured for an African amazingly well with acid. No "Cola wine"!
  
  Ehrlich! In der Farbe purpur mit lila Reflexen, klar und transparent. Im Duft würzig und typisch für die Rebsorte Syrah, etwas Veilchen, viel Gewürz und Wald. Im Geschmack trocken, etwas herb durch präsente Tannine und Fruchtsäure. Die Aromen kommen klar und mineralisch durch, sehr sortentypisch und mit leichter Nachhaltigkeit. Im Körper eher leicht, mit schönem Ausdruck und mit Substanz. Insgesamt ein sauberer und deutlicher Wein zum leichten Essen, für einen Afrikaner erstaunlich gut mit Säure strukturiert. Kein "Cola-Wein", keine Aromen-Bombe, keine flüssige Marmelade. Trinktemperatur nicht über 16 Grad!
