  This was a cheapie picked up from Winex - less than ten bucks, IIRC. Very young purple color - think Welch's grape juice.
  
  Pretty one dimensional on the palate - red and black berry fruit, kind of tight - with grainy tannins on the finish. Not a whole here of interest - slurpable enough, but not much more than that. I might give the other bottles a few months to see if anything develops, but I'm guessing this is a case of you get what you pay for. We shall see.
