  Straw color fading to a green edge. Medium low intensity of lime, lemon zest, and grapefruit. Secondary notes of basil, slate, ginger, and petroleum. When tasting, initial acidity followed by smooth sweetness. Mango, apple, pear, papaya, and honey on the tongue. Medium high acidity. Low tannins. Medium light body. Smooth finish. Had with spicy Asian fare. Enjoyable.
