Poured, decanted for a few hours and drunk. Nothing much on the first day except oak. The second day is where things pick up. Lots of initial oak on the nose, followed by big, ripe aromas of pineapple, coconut, yellow melon, papaya and mango. Really rich, almost thick on the palate, offering lots of complexity, but feeling sort of disjointed between the structural elements. I just can't get the greatness of the 2010 out of my head, a perfect vintage. This one was a bit weaker and one can tell that the drive is not even close to it predecessor. Not enough juice for development either, it will probably stay like this for the next 3-4 years it can go on for. Oh well, will have to wait for 2012 to get better value for money.

Some developed aroma image with oily yellow fruit and deep minerals. Good full bodied wine with good wide and still fresh mouthfeel. Juicy yellow fruits, ripe grapefruit and peel. Some slate as well. Some dried leather too. Good fresh finish. Very distinctive wine that impresses with its good fruit. 92 points.

Brine and smoke, stink, butter, florals, dusty clay, very well integrated on the nose. Cheese and lemon, luscious buttery yet lovely light weight and acid balance - so nice that doesn't have the thickness of other Aussie Chards yet also has the lusciousness, maple syrup in butter. Next day, more fig. Very good

Strågul, gylden.
Sitrus, lett tropisk, fet og syrlig med noe vanilje og eik.
Sitron, oljete. Fin syre, kanskje litt på den skarpe siden. Lett bitterhet i avslutningen. Middels pluss fylde. Noe vanilje, avslepet fat.
Dette var med coravin dag 2. Mindre frukt enn coravin dag 1. Drikk opp!
