  Golden color. Nose of caramel, green apple, orange blossom. Very dry but not overly tart with a dry finish. Caramel and green apple flavors.

  Small bubbles. Green apple, peach, light toasted brioche, on the nose with a touch of minerality.; some wet rocks and salinity too. Flavors show tart fruit with green apple, peach, brioche, minerals. Great acidity, medium finish. Lots of years ahead of it.

  Wonderfully dry with lemon zest, pear and raw almond, with some honey elements.
