Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah blend. Deep and dark color with reticent plumb and oak aromas. Broad tannin and balanced acid keep the sweet dark fruit flavors from being excessively cloying. Sweeter than the similar Cabernet and Carmenere blend, and borderline candy. Good flavors and mouthfeel, but tough to drink due to the sugar.
