vibrant light straw/gold. Cork seal and level were perfect. Absolutely classic Chablis nose. Beeswax, oyster shells, lemon curd, slate. Chalky palate, pretty tight on opening, grippy, intense acid, superb length. Lemon rind, icy butter. I suspect this will open up, and shine with food.

This wine is classic Chablis opening with a pale green gold colour and a bright nose of freshly picked lemons, green apples and cut pineapple with touches of petrichor and limestone rock. The palate has plenty of grip and drive with a splash of fresh fruit leading into typical oyster shell minerality. Delicious and right in the groove.

This wine is classic Chablis opening with a pale green gold colour and a bright nose of freshly picked lemons and cut pineapple with touches of petrichor and limestone rock. The palate is nicely intense with real Chablis grip and length that is both complex and refreshing - an oyster wine ! There's plenty of development left but importantly there is plenty of freshness and interest right now.

Chardonnay Comparative at Flatrion SF: Chablis at its best. Reduction on the nose for the first 30mins and then a ton of white fruits, flint and kerosene. Very easy to drink this very quickly but if you take the time, this wine stands out from a lot of the other chards for its phenomenal finish and staying power. Waiting for this to age and try after 6+yrs.
