La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Red berry, cherry and plum with fresh herbs on nose and palate. Great balance already with an elegant style and sneaky background structure providing wonderful support. Almost always my preferred of Jadot's two domaine-owned CSD cuvées, and now there is (sometimes?) a 3rd négociant cuvée. This is from the heart of the historical CSD, which has almost tripled in size since Lavalle (1855). 93+ point potential.

La Paulée de New York - Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - Chelsea Piers): This was fabulous and as I understand it, a very limited bottling. Really had it all going on, elegance and length. A regal Grand Cru from one of my favorite vineyards.

La Paulée Grand Tasting of 2014 Vintage Burgundy (Pier 60, New York): Pale red. Light, elegant, dusty, tart red fruit. Love the intensity for its weight and its long, earthy finish. Worth retasting!
