I do like these bottles, although my wife I think does a bit more than I do. The wine was good, fairly full bodied, although I got a bit of vegetal in the pallet that I did not care for. A good bottle of wine.

Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting at Tre Posti (Saint Helena): Even more confusing than the standard Estate Cabernet, this Eternity ping-ponged from muddled and grapey, to bitter and astringent (especially on the back end). Some red and black currant, alcohol, plum, and cedar. A flabby mid-palate that offered no delineation of flavor. A pudgy finger, clumsy grip that enabled the fruit to slop around the palate. No bueno.

30 minute slow ox and drank over 90 minutes. Full bodied with one-dimensional dark fruit.

Nice wine, good wood and oak, probably approaching its prime.

Big wine with Dark fruit when opened. Improved with time. Would either give more time in cellar or decant.
