Fairly deep color for so young a white, which is partially explained by the high content of malvasia (70%) in the blend. The malvasia asserts itself both in the nose and taste, yielding a wine that is fruitier than most Toscana biancos. It finishes dry, like dry Moscatos from California and dry Torrontes from Argentina, yet is far more subtle than both. On the low end of acidity as most Tuscan whites go, it nevertheless is quite tasty and a good value. Enjoy!

20% Grecetto, 70% aromatic malvasisa (but not dried), 10% something else I missed.
They started producing the white because it was in the Vino Nobile blend. So when they were taken out of the blend and they started ripping it out. And hten Caterina said no, I want my white wine o they stopped and make a few 1,000 bottles a year.
Very flowery and perfumed. Fresh yet full on the palate. That is darn tootin' tasty good.
Caterina notes that people are so happy with this wine because its so versitile. At the dinner yesterday it was paired with veal tar tar. And then tiren with salmon. So it show really well with fish and meat. And I very much believe that.
