Made in the German Auslese style, part of the fruit used for this wine was a ected by botrytis. After hand-sorting the botrytized bunches, the fruit was crushed, pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Late harvest so fairly sweet with mostly stone fruit notes, also a bit of apple/citrus and light minerals/acidity. Needs a bit more acid to balance the sweetness for it to really sing.
