Cellared for 4 years; violet colored with fast legs. Notes of rose, forest floor, blueberry and blackberry. A medium/full bodied finish with polished texture. A nice long finish with low acidity.

Translucent ruby in color with hints of bricking at the edges, this wine showed black cherry, black tea and licorice on the nose. The mouth feel was surprisingly dense with added elements of earth, firm acidity, mocha and black raspberry. The finish brought surprisingly low levels of acidity causing it to be out of balance. 13% abv.
Purchased for $24US, this was not the best qpr for entry level Burgundy. I've had others for < $20US that showed better.

Brownish-red, intriguing nose with notes of oak. Light, long and interesting. A bit weak in mid-palate, but very drinkable. A bit on the acid side, but not overly so. A definite personality shows through.
