Medium, garnet color Developing, medium + aroma intensity of forest fruits, cranberry, dried mushroom, shiitake mushroom, game, forest floor, black pepper, tobacco, smoke, and roasted meats. Dry, medium + acid, medium alcohol, medium round juicy tannins, medium body, medium + flavor intensity, and medium + finish of mushroom, roasted, dried cranberries, smoked meats, and tobacco. Very good quality. Can drink now and has potential for further aging.

Good rich colour. Bright fruit aromas with earthy undertones. Fresh and lively taste but with grip and very pleasant length.

No formal note. Juicy and forward but seemed a bit thin this time mid palate...hmm.

Nose: Cherry, mineral and chalk?
Palate: Cherry and dark red fruits, mineral, dry earthy finish with medium acidity and medium plus length.
Overall this was juicy, forward and very enjoyable. Not the typical darker earthy side i expect from Morey but Cote de Nuits for sure. Enjoy!
