  Colour: translucent cherry, fading to brick
  Nose: strawberry stewed in balsamic, rhubarb, raspberry, beetroot. Sweet spice, old oak.
  Palate: raspberry, strawberry, balsamic vinegar. Sweet spice, old oak. Lots of fresh, lively acidity, more citrus like than berry like. Fine grained drying tannins. Medium bodied, 13% alcohol.

  Nose: raspberry, rhubarb, beetroot, pomegranate juice. Balsamic vinegar. A touch of old oak and sweet spice. Lots of fresh balsamic like acidity. Very mild drying tannins - but not much. 13% alcohol.
