Nose of pear and steel. Plenty of apple and pear on the palate. Dry, acidic. Something a bit odd on the finish immediately upon opening, but faded quickly. Drinkable, probably a nice aperitif on a warm summer afternoon.

Again, nice tangerine and citrus blend with medium acidity to stand up with a variety of foods or on it's own. Had tonight with peri-peri pork chops, sweet potatoes, blue-cheese chop salad and for once, the meal didn't focus on the wine.

Nearly clear, has a nice tint of apple meat. Gentle, travels right down the center of the palette and interesting enough to hold it's own with swordfish, but probably better with roughy or catfish or snapper. Actually, it's fine on it's own as an afternoon embibe that won't get you drunk. Looks pretty, tastes pretty - just not with much of a statement.

Pale straw colour, attractive nose, herby , lovely balance on the palate , quite intense flavour & balanced acidity. Overall, very good indeed.
