  Nice nose, light gold color. Legs medium...I suppose. Tastes of citrus (orange and lemon), then vanilla, followed by a faint hint of effervescence (me, not Kaye). Not oaky. Looong finish on the middle and back of the tongue and a bit in the nose. Faintly acidic yet very smooth. Citrus stays on the tongue. Would go well with fish topped by parmesan, quiche. Probably best with food as bit citrusy for just drinking.
