  Deep ruby
  Pronounced aromas of black cherry, prune
  Dry, med+/high acidity, med+ tannin (soft), med+ body
  Med+ flavors of sour cherry, sweet spice, preserved fruit, very ripe fruit
  Med finish, slightly hot
  Interesting wine, expressive smells and tastes of very ripe fruit, almost ripasso like
  Some complexity, while retaining dried/preserved fruit character, not your average run of the mill chianti, hard to place...
