  Medium colour depth, cherry plum red, clear
  Vibrant berry fruit nose, spice, crushed leaf
  Rich and full cassis fruit flavour, soft tannin. Balanced. Dry, medium/light bodied, moderate acidity. Slightly sharp spirit burn. Good length.

  Bright, garnet/purple-cherry red, clear, medium depth of colour 3
  Fruity nose. Boiled lollies, vibrant berry fruit. Complex. Mint and spice. Cinnamon, pimento. 6.5
  Dry, mild, moderate acidity. Medium bodied. Fully developed blackcurrant fruit. Soft tannin. Well balanced. Slight grapeseed bitterness and spice, mild astringency. Warm spicy finish. Good length. 8.5

  Medium depth of colour, almost fully transparent but not quite. Bright crimson or cherry red, crystal clear. Shows some legs. 3/3
  Lovely boiled lolly nose, blackberry jam, sweet and spicy, floral notes, 6.5/7
  Medium to light bodied, dry, slightly hollow start at first. Fills out with cassis fruit and has a very long warm, fruity and spicy finish. A hint of smoky oak lingers. Perhaps a touch of cigar tobacco leaf tangy bitterness. Opens up with breathing.
  Smooth and delicate tannins in good balance with the fruit. Moderate acidity. Classy wine, drinking well now. 8.5+/10
