  color: pellucid light gold; nose: straw; taste: light-bodied mouth feel, apple x light citrus taste, medium-length stoney finish with tart grapefruit-like tannins; overall: decent-tasting and interesting New World juice starts quietly and quickly accelerates to finish with a bang, likely to pair well with oysters and grilled/sauteed shrimp, ready to drink in Spring 2016
