A light golden/hay colour. Notes of some yeast , lemon drops, pineapple. Medium weight for a Riesling. Lemony, with bright pineapple, touch of lime and lime pith bitterness. Slightly off dry, but really sharp acidity. Crisp and tangy …. zingy. Refreshing. A tug of war with fruit vs acidity and acidity is winning. Delicious. Still primary with some secondary sneaking in.

Big wine. Fleshy, yet crisp lime, granny smith. Long finish. Bracing acidity. Lots of life left.

Slight petrol on the nose. Citrus and green apple on the palette. Lovely with mulligatawny and sharp aged cheddar.
