Purple hue that opens with ripe black fruit and sage aromas. Black cherry and blueberry dominate the front palate while black raisin and baking spices linger on a long-lasting finish. A well-integrated balance of acidity, fruit and tannins that paired nicely with roast beef.

Deep purple inky in the glass, pronounced aromas and flavors, dried dark fruits on the nose, bit of a funk that dissipates, palate is dry, stewed/cooked fruits, berries, plum, blueberry, bramble, bit herbal, cedar, toast, earthy, tannins are balanced and integrated, full bodied, long finish. Well aged, decloping in the bottle fantastic QPR.

Agree with "ForceBerry"s comments, however not on the posted score. Of course I understand it was based on the date tasted..
As of this date, still, blackish-purple color. Slightly medicinal spicy dark fruit with oak aroma. Sweet spice & fruit entry. Medium body with savory juicy flavors, with some mocha characteristics. Mild acidity with well integrated tannis. Nice balanced finish. Wonderful QPR wine. Wish I had purchased more bottles..
