Sitrus, brødbakst, kalkmineraler og litt urter. Noe utvikling i from av skogbunn. Høy syre, mye mineraler og bra lengde. Konsentrasjonen i denne er på hell. Drikk opp nå. 88

Grillet sitron, nøtter, blomster. litt eple i bakgrunnen.

Lang. 91. Alle på smakingen tippet sentralburgund!

Light straw yellow colour with hints of green. Yellow apples, citrus and spices with hints of sea. Taste of apples and citrus with hints of sea that finishes with a taste of forest. Good length. A fantastic and complex wine to be paired with food, preferably more complex food than you would normally pair with white wine.

Popped and poured. Medium straw colour. Appealing nose with hints of yellow apples, citrus fruit, crushed rocks and smoky roasted nuts. Still a little tight on the palate, though – currently this is less about fruit and more about saline minerality. Virtually no oxidative notes, thus making it a lot more reminiscent of something out of the Côte-d'Or than a classic Jura Chard (for which I am grateful). Displays firm structure and good length. Enjoyable even now, but a few more years should help bring about that extra little ripeness and weight needed to transition from "very good" to "great". Impressive QPR at just over $30 (89-92 points).
